Let’s heal together. An afternoon of real conversations, self-discovery, and connection for BIPOC girls and young women exploring confidence, relationships, and what it means to grow into themselves.

About This Event
The glow up starts within. HealHER brings BIPOC girls and young women together to talk openly about the things that shape how they see themselves from family expectations and changing friendships to relationships and beauty standards.
Through interactive workshops, guest speakers, and guided reflection, participants will explore their experiences, challenge the messages they’ve been told about themselves, and connect with others who understand. There’s space to share, listen, ask questions, or simply take a moment for yourself.
What to expect
- Real conversations: Explore family, friendship, romance, and self-image in welcoming workshop spaces.
- Confidence-building activities: Reflect on your self-worth through journaling, affirmations, and creative exercises.
- Guest speakers: Hear personal stories about healing, growth, and finding your voice.
- Lunch & connection: Share a meal, meet new people, and enjoy a break between sessions.
- Wellness & creativity: Visit the all-day wellness space, contribute to the Glow-Up Gallery, and capture memories at the selfie stations.
Who this event is for
Audience: BIPOC girls and young women ages 13+ who want to build confidence, explore their relationships, and connect with a supportive community.

- Opening circle and Self Love: Unapologetically HER, Self Love Reimagined
- Lunch + Vibe Break.
- Keynote and guest speakers.
- Interactive workshop sessions exploring four themes:
- Family, You Good: Family patterns, expectations, and the stories we carry.
- Girl Talk and Tea, Friendship Unfiltered: Honest conversations about trust, support, betrayal, and growing apart.
- Ship It or Skip It, Is Love Blind?: Conversations about romance and relationships.
- Face Card Is That You?: Beauty standards, self-image, and seeing yourself beyond the mirror.
- Collective Glow-Up closing circle, reflections, photos, and gift pickup.
