Ages 18–21

A2I (Academy to Industry) is where your hustle meets opportunity. We focus on real skills for real jobs that are hiring right now in tech and data—no four-year degree required, just the drive to level up your life.

The program bridges the gap between education and employment for underserved youth ages 18–21 by combining technical training, professional skills, and wrap-around support. Participants move from “interested” to job-ready with a plan for long-term economic mobility.

Through A2I, EmpowHERto partners with employers, training providers, and community organizations to open doors into high-growth careers that have historically been hard to access.

  • Practice investigating datasets, spotting patterns, and building dashboards.

This track is ideal if you enjoy digging into details, asking “why,” and using data to tell a story.

Learn how modern sales teams work inside tech companies: prospecting, pipelines, CRMs, and how to turn conversations into opportunities.

  • Understand Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and B2B sales cycles.
  • Practice outreach, discovery calls, and objection handling.
  • Build confidence in pitching solutions and speaking with decision-makers.

This track is ideal if you love people, problem-solving, and the idea of being paid to communicate and build relationships.
