About the Role

We are looking for a Volunteer Graphic Designer who is ready to bring their A-game to a cause that actually matters. You will be the creative voice behind our visuals, shaping how the world sees EmpowHERto across social media, events, campaigns, and more.

What You Will Actually Be Doing

  • Design scroll-stopping social graphics using Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma when needed
  • Build event print materials including flyers, brochures, presentations, and signage
  • Ensure all designs align with EmpowHERto’s brand, mission, and audience
  • Collaborate with the team to concept ideas for campaigns, social media, and events
  • Deliver finalized and optimized files for both digital and print use
  • Provide organized source files when applicable
  • Join biweekly virtual check-ins to stay aligned with the team

You Might Be Our Person If

  • You are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva Pro and can share an online portfolio
  • You have strong instincts for layout, typography, and color
  • You can manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • You are a self-starter who takes initiative and is eager to learn
  • You care about women’s empowerment and want your creative work to have real impact

Bonus Points For

  • Motion graphics or video editing skills
  • Experience designing for nonprofits or social impact organizations
  • A passion for storytelling through strong visuals, not just aesthetics

About the Role

AdviseHER is our biweekly mentorship program connecting young women ages 17 to 21 with professional female mentors. You will be matched with a participant based on one of seven professional themes and guide her through career exploration, goal setting, and professional development over an 8-week program cycle.

What We Are Looking For

  • A professional woman with at least 3 years of experience in her field
  • Reliable, consistent, and committed to showing up for a mentee
  • Patient, encouraging, and culturally aware
  • Comfortable connecting virtually via Zoom or Google Meet

Time Commitment

Biweekly sessions of about 1 hour each over an 8-week program cycle.

About the Role

Program Facilitators work alongside our staff to deliver workshops across STEM, wellness, and finance programs. You will help create safe, engaging, and empowering spaces where participants can learn, ask questions, and grow.

What You Will Do

  • Support curriculum delivery under the guidance of program staff
  • Engage participants with energy, warmth, and cultural awareness
  • Assist with materials, setup, and participant check-in
  • Provide feedback to help us continuously improve our programs

What We Are Looking For

  • Background or strong interest in STEM, youth development, wellness, or financial literacy
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Experience working with youth from underserved communities is a plus
  • Ability to commit to at least one full program cycle

Time Commitment

Typically 2 to 4 hours per session, once per week during an active program cycle.

About the Role

From the HealHER Glow Up Conference to wellness events and community pop-ups, our events are where the EmpowHERto community comes to life. We need warm, reliable, enthusiastic people to help make every guest feel welcomed and celebrated.

What You Will Do

  • Help with event setup, signage, and breakdown
  • Manage registration and guest check-in
  • Support speakers, guests, and participants during the event
  • Assist with logistics and venue flow
  • Represent the EmpowHERto brand with professionalism and warmth

What We Are Looking For

  • Friendly, energetic, and dependable
  • Comfortable working with young people and community members
  • Available for the full duration of the event
  • Prior event experience is a plus, but not required

Time Commitment

Most events run 4 to 8 hours. Some may require brief setup the day before.
