Equips participants with the coding skills to produce a simple program in Lynx and can begin learning to code through project-based learning in the preceding levels. The AI4her Program is a specialized fall initiative designed to introduce young minority girls to the rapidly evolving world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and prompt engineering. This program equips participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively communicate with AI models, ensuring they can maximize AI’s potential in various real-world applications.
The Finance4HER program is focused on educating young girls on financial literacy, specifically to help build a foundation of strong money habits. Participants will be introduced to money management skills such as budgeting, learn about income generation, saving and investing, setting financial goals and planning towards financial independence.
Ignite your tech passion with Data4HER! Dive into the world of coding, data analytics, and digital empowerment designed just for you. Join a supportive community of tech-savvy girls, unleash your creativity, and shape the future of technology!
Navigating the future can be a daunting task for young girls, but our biweekly mentorship program, AdviseHer, can help them develop sustainable goals and plans for a fulfilling future. Together, we offer girls the opportunity to connect with a personalized female mentor who is an expert in their respective fields, providing them with valuable guidance and support.
Our wellness workshops provide BlPOC girls with safe, supportive spaces to focus on their mental, emotional, and physical health. Through interactive workshops, small-group sessions, and school-based events, participants learn practical tools for stress management, self-care, healthy relationships, and confidence-building.
In addition to our workshops, we host community-based wellness events that bring together girls, families, and local leaders to celebrate health, healing, and resilience.
The Development Support Department is dedicated to ensuring every participant has the guidance, resources, and encouragement needed to thrive academically, personally, and emotionally. This department houses our AdvisHER mentorship program, academic counseling, tutoring services, and wellness workshops, all designed to provide holistic support tailored to the unique needs of BIPOC girls.

A2I bridges the gap between education and employment for underserved youth ages 18–21, equipping them with in-demand skills in Tech Sales and Data Analytics (Splunk). Participants receive industry certifications, résumé and interview coaching, and paid internship opportunities, ensuring they graduate job-ready and confident. By reducing barriers to high-growth careers, A2I promotes economic mobility and addresses workforce inequities, investing in the future of diverse talent.
